The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional. Considering the price, we were amazed by the quality of both the hotel itself and the food. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and the staff were very attentive.
All was taken care of impeccably.

the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean - I couldn't have asked for more. Lastly, the location was perfect, with breathtaking views from my room and easy access to the ski lifts. Highly recommended!

The spa was a highlight of our stay, with the saunas and hot tubs being the perfect way to unwind after skiing. The shuttle service made getting to the slopes easy and stress-free. We also appreciated the delicious food, especially the hearty breakfasts and cozy dinners by the fire.
The road noise was definitely noticeable, especially when trying to sleep in. while the location was convenient for skiing, there wasn't much else to do in the immediate area, so some evenings felt a bit quiet.

Excellent food and friendly staff. Tastefully decorated public areas and comfortable rooms. Convenient shuttle bus to ski lift. Spa facilities and complimentary amenities. Thoughtful local tips and activities suggestions. Cleanest hotel with great mountain view. Fair price for the quality

The food was decent and the room was comfortable enough. the location was good as we were within walking distance to the ski lifts, which was extremely convenient. the scenery during Xmas was breathtaking, really getting us into the holiday spirit.
The service was terrible. It took forever for anyone to greet us at the front desk and it seemed like they were always understaffed.

Located near the ski lifts, this hidden gem provided an unforgettable experience. the room and bathroom were immaculate with high, quality amenities. the staff ensured that I was always satisfied with prompt and friendly service. the breakfast was scrumptious with a wide variety of options and the sauna provided much, needed relaxation. the free and plentiful parking was a cherry on top.
The Wi, Fi was a tad slow but nothing to complain about.

The rooms were really spacious and modern, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of choices, and the homemade jams were absolutely delicious. The hotel had a nice wellness area with a sauna and turkish bath, which was a great way to relax after a day of hiking. One aspect that really impressed me was the multilingual staff, with the waiter in the breakfast hall even speaking fluent Russian! this hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back.
Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impressive, with the rooms and facilities disinfected daily. The breakfast was one of the best on our trip. The staff was warm and welcoming, providing quality service that we appreciated. The location was close to ski lifts, making transportation a breeze.
